POSTER DISTRIBUTION TEAM

Purpose: To promote events at the Maude Kerns Art Center.

Duties: Be on call to hand out and post posters and/or handbills on a designated route (volunteer's choice). Mount posters on windows or information boards, with the permission of the management, using tape or thumbtacks. Be personable and informative. Return excess to Maude Kerns. Note key places on your route to help develop/update accurate poster route information.

Benefits: Good job for a parent and child to do together. Fun way to interact with people in the community. Membership after 30 hours of service. Lots of appreciation from Center staff. Invitations to volunteer celebrations. Letter of reference.

Training : On-site.

Qualifications: Interest in the Center and its events. Respectful of other's wishes. Dependable.

Time Needed: 2-4 hours, once or twice a month (more if desired). Work on your own schedule.
