MAIL TEAM  

Purpose: To keep the membership and the public informed about the happenings at Maude Kerns.

Duties: May include the following: stuff envelopes, stick-on labels, collate, sort, organize pieces by zip code order.

Benefits: Be a part of our fun mail team. Good job for friends or parents and children to do together. Food and beverages provided. Membership after 30 hours of service. Invitations to volunteer celebrations.

Training: On-site.

Qualifications: Reliable, enjoy working with a group.

Time Needed: 2-4 times a month. You don't need to be available for all of them; I am looking for about 10 people to be on this team and we usually need 2-6 per mailing. Bulk mailings generally take place during the work day, in the morning or early afternoon.
