Security Deposit

High Impact..............................................$200
Low Impact...............................................$100

Non-refundable Cleaning Fee................$25

High Impact activities include weddings and/ or receptions, musical/performance events, and parties with more than 50 attendees.

Low impact activities include poetry readings, art exhibits, and events with less than 50 attendees.

*Refundable upon determination that facility and contents are left clean and undamaged.
