Claymation Animation for Teens

Become a claymation animator in just one week! Begin by learning about animation basics and draw storyboards of movie ideas. Working in small groups, sculpt characters form clay and create sets out of mixed media. Finally, film your stop-motion clay animation and edit your movie using special software. Parents and friends are all invited to the Clay animation Movie Premier on the last day! This class takes place at the Downtown Initiative for the visual Arts (DIVA) at 110 West Broadway.
