Frank Gosar hand-built a life-size ceramic cow for his MFA terminal project at the University of Oregon. He lives in Eugene and divides his studio time between decorated functional pottery and whimsical narrative sculptures, which he sells through his business, Off Center Ceramics. He taught for 12 years at the University of Oregon Craft Center.
