JELL-O 2004 TACKY FOOD RECIPES

Hard-cooked Eggs in Jellied Bouillion
1 T. unflavored gelatin
2 c. beef bouillion, hot
4 hard-cooked eggs
¼ t. dry mustard
¼ t. salt
1 t. vinegar
1 T. melted butter

Dissolve gelatin in 2 T. cold bouillion, add hot bouillion & dissolve.
Slice eggs in half. Scoop out yolks & mix with remaining ingredients. Put back in eggs. Place eggs in mold, pour on the bouillion & chill. Enjoy!

Jellied Tuna Loaf
1 T. unflavored gelatin
½ c. hot water
2 c. drained tuna
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. chopped sweet pickles

Dissolve gelatin in 2 T. cold water. Add hot water & dissolve gelatin.
Mix remaining ingredients. Add gelatin & mix. Pour into mold & chill.
Enjoy!

Funky sugar-dipped marshmallows
2 packages toasted Kosher for Passover marshmallows
1 t. lemon oil flavoring
4-10 drops red food coloring
2 t. water
2 c. powdered sugar

1) Stir food coloring, lemon flavoring, water, powdered sugar in bowl.
2) Dip marshmallows in sugar & let dry
3) Serve. Enjoy!
* may substitute green

Dorito Fantastico
1. Doritos
2. Mayonnaise
3. Pickles and Dill Juice
Mix Pickles, Dill juice, and mayo. (Miracle Whip for you health nuts)
Dip Doritos into Mayo-Pickle dip and eat.

Fluffernutter Sandwich
2(two) pieces white bread
Peanut Butter
Marshmallow Fluff
*Spread Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Fluff in equal proportion on bread.
* Place bread together
