Sarkis Antikajian: A Retrospective

The Art Center is pleased to present this retrospective exhibit of Sarkis Antikajian's artwork. Sarkis is a well-known local artist and a prolific painter, whose work spans many decades. Sarkis is also a longtime Art Center member and supporter. This exhibit showcases the diversity of Sarkis's work, featuring landscapes, portraits, and still lifes as well as a group of rarely exhibited abstract pieces. Artist Talk: "Sarkis Retrospective"
Wednesday, April 29, 7:00-8:30pm
Join us for an evening with well-known artist, Sarkis Antikajian. In his own words, Sarkis states that "One dream that I have had since very early childhood has persisted throughout my life - to be an artist." Sarkis will share his inspirations and passion to create as well as speak about the evolution of his creative style thoughout the years. Sarkis will also share his process of self-publishing his book, "Sarkis: Paintings, Drawings, and Images in Words." Sarkis's presentation will highlight artworks featured in the Center's exhibit and questions will be taken following the presentation.
