Explore the sculpture, assemblage, and installation of Andries
Fourie, John Paul Gardner, James O’Keefe, Jud Turner, Gerrit Van
Ness, and Mike E. Walsh in this Art Center exhibit. “Juxtaposed”
features a variety of three-dimensional works which reveal political
commentary, whimsy, and humor. In the Salon Gallery will be “Multiples
x 3,” a site-specific, collaborative installation by Eugene artists
Pat Arrera, Tina Schrager, and Rakar West.

The Art Center is pleased to present this Artist Panel in conjunction
with "Juxtaposed: Sculpture & Installation." Join
us as featured artists Jud Turner and Mike E. Walsh discuss their
inspirations, process, and artistic influences. Both Turner and
Walsh have exhibited at the Art Center and present unique and
thought-provoking work. Turner, a well-known sculptor, will share
his ideas of sculpture, while Walsh, an accomplished installation
artist, will share his definition of installation art. Questions
will be taken following the artists' presentation.
